Just a note to say I've been keeping up to date with the Blog.  Looks like it is a pretty useful tool.  I don't foresee myself having much to add as this seems like a good place to talk about projects and general delegation of tasks with regards to post production.  I will, however, post periodically so the team knows everyone is keeping up to date.

Tuesday January 19th- Brayden

Exported the final Heineken cut. Completed the titles for and uploade the marshmello video. Spent the evening tinkering with a few settings and found a way to easily overclock the RAM on the pc. Should give us a noticeable boost during AE renders and in davinci resolve when we get around to that. I also looked into the memory allocation parameters that can be adjusted for premiere pro, AE, and the media encoder. I am going to set these up so rendering and exporting will be much quicker and efficient. I also learned a few things that are different on the PC then the mac I will bring up at the next meeting. This week I plan on doing a bunch more on Lynda for AE and starting to figure out resolve to help trevy with the transition from premiere colour and onto that platform.

Worked my regular day and then got home to trev and mark on the computers. Exported the heinekin rough cut and did some tutorials for AE on lynda.com

Friday January 15th - Brayden

This morning I worked on recovering some audio files that had been previously deleted. After that I organised the baauer footage and sent an email off to connect nicolle hodges and Garth. I also made up those 4 invoices for blueprint. To end my day I started coming up with some ideas for the 3ib logo and started tinkering with it. I think I got a pretty good one. The new computer seems to be running fairly smooth as well. It will be nice to get the whole team up to speed. Just waiting for mark to go over the document quick and then we should be good!

Monday January 18th 2016 Trevor

Finished Heineken sponsor video from Contact, had Mark go over it and clean it up.

Completed small edit for Travis Scott Artist Series video. Has been exported and uploaded.

Started going through our vimeo page and cleaning it up. Will continue that throughout the week.

Sunday, January 17 Mark

I worked on the share video all weekend and Valerie still wants changes. I'm going to continue doing that today and hopefully get it signed off.  Trev I still have to run the idea by Kyle but I want to pay him first before we get him to do any other work so that he feels motivated. I think we owe him like 200$ or something. Hoping to get a cheque from Share this week and rely Martin as soon as you send the invoice..

James also wants a 30 second cut for his betting board. I said we would do it for him since he has a lot of work for us with kicker in the new year.

Sunday January 17 2016

Not much on my end over the weekend...hopefully the few changes that were made to the Celebrities video on Sunday will be accepted and we can invoice out for that.
Tonight I will work on the Heineken video and if time start gathering content for the website to pass over to Trevor S.

Really stoked on the new style with the Baauer vid, hopefully have that finished in the next few days to pass over to Dangle. Mark do you want to run it by Kyle before hand?

With Matt and Alvero both out of the office lets use this week to our advantage to have lots to show them when they return.

Friday January 15 Mark

- Worked on the Share christmas video and finished it. Waiting on edits from Valerie. Really simple  video that worked out really well. THANK YOU Brayden for finding the audio files. You came in  about as clutch as Malcom Butler did in the 2015 superbowl final.

- Got edits back from Share so I started on those

- Did alot of work on the Baauer Video tonight, I need alot of sound work done to it though.

- My shot list for real to real is about 3/4 done. Should take me a night to completely finish it.

Thursday January 14th Mark

2 really good meetings with Garth today

- TSG has about 33 projects this next year, and they want to use us for whichever ones we can tell a story about. Basically it is up to us to find the story, and to present it to tyson. Brayden can you please follow up with Tyson, and send him an email asking for the list of projects that he has this next year.

- Share meeting went well. They basically ate from the palms of our hands while we agreed on 3000$ for imagine this year.

- Edited the share christmas video that night. Need audio files

Thursday jan 14 Brayden

I started the day refining a document about the computer usage. Everyone please make sure you read this before you use it. After that I organised the Contact footage and got that ready. A handy tip would be to go into the organisation folder and select the subject you want. Then type "r3d" and then they wont be in individual folders. After that I spent time working with the computer and going through the motions to make sure everything works from import to export. Then I organised some of the baauer footage. Now the computer is ready for trev to start that Heineken video. Have that email open on the laptop or something so you can see where everything goes etc.

Wednesday Jan 13th Mark

Worked on Real to Reel shot lists for the majority of the day.
Went through a bunch of footage from Kevin's Show and started that video today. Should have it finished by tomorrow or later on tonight.
Got our edits back from Matt today and he approved the Odesza video. Let's make sure he gets back to us by tomorrow morning latest with edits for 3 inches of blood.

While I waited for edits from Matt ( still not received ) I Worked on some stuff for real to reel. Shotlist and notes. Today I am hoping on getting 3 inches edits back from Matt

Tuesday January 12th Trevor

Did a few minor touch ups on the updated version of Odesza. Colored the intro and changed the Odesza title card.
Received edits from BP on the Celebs Tuesday video - spent most of the night working on that. It is exported and sent off already.

Monday January 11th Trevor

Rick came over at 530 yesterday to grab some footage. Picked up a new hard drive for him that will be dedicated to transfering footage between his place and ours.
Organized the squamish footage to make it a bit easier for Rick. For the time being he is going to cut 4 instagram videos.
Registered business names.
Once Rick left, Brayden hopped on and started working with the hard drives to get them sorted out for when the new comp comes back (hopefully today).

To do this week/weekend (for myself and any anyone else)
-colour 3ib, titles
-add titles Brayden made for Marshmello vid
-skepta needs more raw audio
-odesza needs new intro with BTS footage and titles fixed
-Travis Scott needs titles fixed and audio smoothed out
-heineken sponsor video from contact needs to be cut by weekend (mack dropped off footage last night)
-create new invoices for all out standing BP videos
-follow up with Nate on 2 club videos
-start developing a strategy for social media
-once I have confirmation on business names, bank account needs to be sorted.



PS. Rick is gone from Wednesday until the weekend so he will not be able to attend the meeting this week.

Friday Jan 8 mark

Today I finished the rest of the James Lepp edits, and he finally green lit it and so we are officially finished with that project. Tonight I might work on Bauer but I might wait until we have the new computer ready.

Friday January 8th -Brayden

I spent the morning redoing the Marshmellow logo. After that was completed I set up the PC in the office and sorted the monitors and premiere layout. Unfortunately I made a mistake updating the bios to fix the thunderbolt ex 2 card. Because of this I am taking the PC in to get sorted this sunday. Should have Fin back in a few days ready to rock on Baauer and contact. (Its really not that bad I learn best from fucking up in the first place anyway).

We have new edit notes for odesza. They just want us to add some behind the scenes shit before we release it. I'll work on that today 

Brayden and I had a meeting at Blueprint last night regarding the 3 inches of blood documentary. Matt really enjoyed it. We are about 90% picture locked. Matt took the file home with him and wants to watch it himself and with a couple people then give us feedback. This means there are no major issues but a couple of changes hopefully. He is planning on doing a marketing campaign for this documentary with some heavy hitters around Vancouver to get the buzz up about it. We didn't really talk about contact or anything else as it was he end of the day and he seemed pretty burnt out. He started talking about some of the shows he wants us to shoot this month, so Trevor maybe you can contact him and see what are schedule is. He leaves next Monday for 10 days so let's make sure we get edit notes and schedule from him before he does.

finished another updated cut for James Lepp, and I continued to work on 3 inches to clean it up more. I'll be working on 3 inches again today to make sure it's perfect for the meeting with Matt. That meeting is now pushed to tomorrow at 4pm.

Finished James Lepp video. This is now ready to be exported and sent to jakes for review. We just need to find a suitable song to go along. Something "sporty" that sounds like the nfl theme.

Will be working and finishing my picture edit for 3 inches of blood by Tuesday afternoon. I have a meeting at blueprint Wednesday, so titles should be done by then too.
